  Brought my car in because of an engine warning light. When I picked it up they had serviced it by mistake. They still charged me for that service even though it was their mistake and I had only serviced it the week before!

  Our Jeep lost power and Jeep Roadside Assist took it to Irelands.from the moment we got there we were treated with courtesy and they worked out what was wrong asap, called us and advised the part had to be ordered from Melbourne. It was fixed and they called us to advise it was done. Excellent service and Ally was great to deal with.

  Rang to check they had part hsv maloo told yes drove 1&1/2 hrs to pick up and pay went to fit part didn’t fit rang spares told that’s the only one to fit drove1&1/2 he’s Saturday to return spare parts closed on Saturday told could not refund repco had correct part and cheaper

  Ireland truly is a car dealership i will continue to use . I have had no problems with them car service is excellent warranty work is carried out within the same week depending on parts in stock . If a problem is not rectified they will call you the next day and have repair done for free with an apology . Holdens all the way .

  The service staff are very friendly and efficient. I was well informed on what was going to happen with my vehicle. Courtesy bus driver was friendly and on time as well.
