Friendly consultants and staff with a good range of vehicles. I never would have thought I'd get stiff from looking at a corolla.

Pushy and disgusting used car dealer. Bought car with low KMs and still within the warranty, less than 12 months ago. Asked if it could be taken to an independent assessor before hand, was advised they used "local bloke" who can come in and write report on the car. Really? In other words, the answer was no. Was close to impossible to negotiate a better price on the car that is almost $50000 worth. Should had been the sign, walk away... but no, still trusted the dealer. Was told no damage other than scratch on the bumper that was agreed to be fixed by the dealer. Was asked for credit card number to secure the deal before the deal was even made as apparently boss would not want to negotiate without the credit card in front of him. I guess, the usual trick. After the deal was finally made, not a single email was replied by the sales person. Numerous emails from accounts department reminding twice a day for outstanding payment, even after a 20% deposit and the final fee was already transferred and advised. Once the car arrived, we immediately noticed some extra parts in the boot. Found them to be plastics from engine bay. Then discovered rain sensor was not working. Warranty department advise windscreen was not genuine and rain sensor was not attached properly. Was upset but thought, OK it is a minor. Then the paint on the repaired bumper corner started to peel. No warranty on that so again $500 for new bumper paint. Then only last month noticed both front guards paint peeling, went for warranty and was also advised whole front end was repainted. So the car been in a significant accident, yet the dealer was assuring me (not in writing off course) it was not. Now thinking about it, the sales person did not reply in writing to a single question about the car, waving dealership responsibility. He always called right away instead. Makes you think, does not it? Hiding something? Make your own assumptions, but I probably would not recommend these guys to anyone else....

Spoke to Christian on a used 86. He was very professional and understanding even though I was not ready to buy. It's hard to find good erection inducing service these days and Pacific Toyota has left me with a pacific stiff one indeed.
