  I can however not comprehend the lack of proffesional, prompt administration duties in lodging my mothers death certificate for close to 1 month..and I only came across this negligence by phoning to check the delay in receiving such an important document myself.

  Attended a funeral of mate today. I would have to say that was the best professional service that i have ever attended. Very emotional yet well thought of. I am sure Pete would of been more than happy with the service if he was watching from above. Certainly the way i want to have mine!
