  Pre pregnancy body come back has been a goal of mine for the past 2 and half years after having my little boy.   I used to train at local gyms on my own but lacked motivation and support. I'd train for 2 hours and feel like I did nothing. I looked into getting a PT but they cost $45 for just one session a week.
